This product I had purchased for my child of 9 years. He has consumed it and I have found his overall health has improved. It contains good amount of Omega 3 and seems a genuine product. As my son is a bit overweight, I was more interested in this neutraceutical. Overall its offers a good value for money 4.8/5. Also, my son said it doesn't give him a fishy aftersmell unlike other brands of Cod liver oil that he had taken earlier. I think this product delivers what it promises.
