Flip Zee Girls Zabrina Ballerina Sweet and Cuddly 2-in-1 Plush Doll

This was a birthday present for my daughter. Number one thing on her list so I ordered it early. When she got it out of the package, the doll has no arms and was also ripped. Since she arrives tucked in the pouch, I had no idea she was defective and now I am outside of my return window. Not only is my daughter disappointed, I am out $30 for this doll. I am going to try and contact the company directly to see if they can make it right.

Love the concept but this doll came with hir piecwa seemingly missing as well as looking like a rats nest. I would’ve left it in the store if I saw it before purchasing.
