Wasabi Power Battery for Olympus BLH-1 (Fully Decoded) and Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II, OM-D E-M1 Mark III, OM-D E-M1X

I have bought many batteries from this co. Lots of camera batteries, I try to keep 3 spares for every camera I have. Several tool batteries to fit drills and even a chain saw. the chain saw is a high drain tool that will challenge the battery. That battery was better than the extra battery that I bought from HD. Will always look for their battery first.

Works well, no difference that I can tell from the Olympus battery. Able to charge it in the OLy charger.

First time using a non-OMD product. Hope it performs well.

I bought the Wasabi BLH-1 as a spare. I charged it up and tried in on an all day winter hike with the dog. I keep my camera on all the time spent out in the woods. I also use the EVF and E-shutter most of the time. At the end of the hike and 400+ shots, the Wasabi was down to ~45%. That was what I normally get from the OEM battery. I was most pleased with it. Compatible battery at a better price.

I bought one for my olympus om-d e-m1 mark iii. It charges and shows 100%. It is advertised as a 2000mAh battery as opposed to 1720 mAh for the olympus branded batteries. However, compared to olympus batteries that I've had longer and used more, it discharges very fast. After 3 hours on and only 15 shots it shows only 9% charge. My Olympus batteries are down to 80% under the same conditions. I now just keep it as an emergency backup if out for a day of shooting. Perhaps it and my camera do not play well together?
