What is the handle made from?

Handle is a very hard plastic. I have used mine and love it. the hard plastic covering is really well made. No heat is transfered to it and i think it is better when it comes to cleaning. I have just found it hard to find a nice 6" round press for smaller pans... I am very pleased with this product.

Is this meat press for griddle easy to clean?

Absolutely! Please pat dry after clean. For best performance, we recommend seasoning the burger press / grill press with oil spray.

How does this grill weight press can make my cooking faster and easier?

The heavy weight press directly onto the meat you are cooking, which makes the meat lying flat on your trying pan or BBQ. This increase direct heat reaching area and also allow heat to be evenly distribute across the whole piece of meat or patty. That is why it makes it cook fast and nice!
