This supplement worked slightly better for me than Calm My Brain. I prefer this one. I've noticed I have better focus and increased productivity since taking it. I like that it can help for people that work out; that's good for me because I lift weights. I definitely recommend it.

i take these every day and they really help my anxiety and anger. easy to take with no smells, but should be taken with food or will make you nauseous

My daughter has suffered from ADD and acute anxiety since she was a small child. She had been put on high doses of antidepressants plus anti-psychotics. She found little relief from the anxiety. We read Dr. Amen's book Healing ADD and decided she fit the Temporal Lobe ADD profile. We decided to try this supplement as recommended in the book. My daughter reports this is really helping her. I have taken this product many times in my life and usually the pills stay white. The efficacy of this product is very good. It definitely calms down my brain and body. But I am not sure what happened to this particular batch and when I contacted Brian MD directly they said I would have to contact Amazon and since I ordered this particular bottle five months ago, it doesn’t seem like there is a way that I can get a refund or a new bottle. Super disappointed as I have a good amount of capsules left. Stored in a cool, dry place as always also.
