Quite flimsy but does the job
For this price, one can't really complain as the cable perfoms according to specs and its build is likewise.I needed a short and flat cable between the media converter and the wireless router and this cable seemed like a good fit. Comapred to my old Cat 5e cable connecting the 2 devices, this one performs even slightly faster (see photos). It doesn't have any shielding, it's just a standard cat. 6 UTP cable (and not cat. 7 as some of the photos might suggest). The only negative I see, is around the solidity of its build as it feels quite fragile, but considering it is going to sit connecting to devices, that's not a real concern for me. However, for someone wanting it for travel, you would probably be looking at a more solid, possibly shielded FTP/STP cable and also longer than 1m, as this cable is.All in all, a good value cable and rating it 4 stars due to its rather fragile build.

Great Cable!
In a world where reliable connectivity is a must, the NETLINK Cat6 Ethernet Cable steps up as a top contender. I recently picked up this 1-meter flat white Ethernet cable to improve my home office setup, and it has made a significant difference in my daily internet use.The cable's flat design is a standout feature. It's sleek, unobtrusive, and lies flat against any surface, eliminating the annoyance of tangled wires and making it easy to run under carpets or along walls without creating bumps or trip hazards. This aesthetic consideration, coupled with its bright white color, blends seamlessly with my office decor, which is a nice touch.Performance-wise, the NETLINK Cat6 cable delivers. It supports high-speed data transmission up to 1 Gbps and a bandwidth of up to 250 MHz, which is more than adequate for high-speed internet needs. This makes it perfect for gaming on PS5 or Xbox, streaming high-definition content, or managing intensive tasks on PCs and laptops.Compatibility is another strong point. The cable effortlessly connects to a variety of devices, including routers, switches, modems, and more, making it a versatile choice for virtually any network setup. If you're looking for an Ethernet cable that combines style, functionality, and performance, the NETLINK Cat6 is an excellent choice.

Perfect ethernet cable
First and foremost, I absolutely love the fact that this Ethernet cable is flat as that gives it a low profile, hence doesn’t stand out like a regular Ethernet cable is.Secondly, it’s relatively short length is ideal for connecting devices to an Ethernet port that’s close by, which allows you to avoid the unsightly look of the excess length of longer Ethernet cables, giving it a cleaner look. And finally, it absolutely works! I am using it with my printer and have had zero issues so far.Overall, would definitely recommend!

No "triple shielding", no "foil/braid shielding"
This cable passes the 1Gbit test - in fact even the 10Gbit test - on a Fluke LinkIQ cable tester, but that's not surprising as with short cables like this even Category 5 cable can manage 10Gbits per second. However, some of the advertised claims don't stand up to scrutiny, and this becomes clear if the cable is cut open.Firstly, the claims that the cable has "triple shielding" and "stranded copper core and foil/braid shielding". It does indeed have a stranded copper core. The conductors are made up of 7 copper (presumably) wires each 0.08mm in diameter, bulked out with thread, for an overall cross sectional area of 7x0.005mm², equivalent to 0.035mm² or 32AWG. However, there is no foil/braid shielding whatsoever inside this cable. The outer jacket even states this; UTP stands for UNSHIELDED Twisted Pair.It is easy to install, with the flat cross section allowing it to squeeze into places a round cable may not go, such as underneath equipment (as long as the equipment feet are big enough).

Smart cable
Handy short patch cable for a router. Flat cable design makes it look neat, and also enables it to be distinguished from other cables. Works well.

Ethernet Cable
It's an ethernet cable, it works exactly as you'd expect. A meter so ideal for short runs, plus it's flat so you can easily run it under doors or behind a desk etc.The rubber tab is a bit stiff to push the cable in, but it does clip in nice and solidly, so it shouldn't accidentally come unplugged.
