Kakadu Australia Outdoor Work Safari Fishing Traveller Oilskin Vest with Pockets- Zipped

This is my second vest like this. I got my first one over 15 years ago for Christmas and wore it constantly in the rough woods while I surveyed. It finally started to tear so I was delighted to find this one. Worth every penny!

First of all. Got this about a week before it was expected to show. Many kudos on that. This thing fits almost like it was made for me. Lots of pockets for every little thing you wanna keep on you. Everything works perfect and fine. Its a oilskin so if you aren't expecting the feel of it your gonna be in for a surprise. I think the back map pocket is possibly my favorite feature (doubles to hold your snacks) completely worth every penny. I've taken it through the woods of the pacific north west and its still kicking butt. No snags, rips, tears, or failure in any way.

Fits perfect, good weight and the color is good overall I’m very happy so far with this vest . I’m 5ft 11in and I weight 200lbs

I purchased one of these vests a couple of years ago. The exterior fit-and-finish, is really great and still wear it because of that.However, the gun holsters, and the interior lining finish is well, frankly, crap.The holster straps are anchored at the edge of the holsters, making it very difficult for them to actually hold a gun in place. Because of that, this is the only vest I own that doesn't seem to like to hold a gun in place. Stopped carrying in the vest because almost every time I'd bend down the gun I was carrying would fall out.The velcro tabs holding the gun pockets closed, seem to be of poor quality as well. They're fraying and won't hold the pocket opening closed anymore.Did not get the vest on Amazon so no "Verified purchase", but the pictures speak for themselves as to actually owning the vest.

I have purchased this as a Christmas Gift for my husband. Upon examining the product I was very impressed with the quality. The Company even sent a free Ball cap. I will do a further report after Christmas!
