I gave it to my mom as a gift, she uses it to organize our shoes, worked well so far. The aluminum poles are a bit cheap and bend very easily. I have another one from a different brand that is much sturdier, however like I said it gets the job done.

Flimsy, cheap and not worth the $28 spent on it. There's also no way you can build the item as it's shown on the first picture with the 3 cubes due to them not including enough connecting pieces. Absolute waste.Update-the staff was extremely helpful in assisting with my issues and made a bad experience better.

Not very sturdy and harder to put together than I thought

I have been ill so I put this in the corner until someone could put it together. I was missing a few of each part and I couldn't do 3x3 because 2 were bent. Otherwise it's ok for what I need.

When I received the package I was dubious as to how to it all fit in such a small box. Now I know. The instructions left a lot to be desired. I ended up having to try and figure it out on my own. I didn't even want to put it together but I thought might as well give it a shot. The shelving itself is very very paper thin material coated in thin plastic on one side. The poles are very thin and bend too easily. The holes for the poles to go into were not even all hallowed out. This is something I would expect to find at a dollar store. If I could give it zero starts I would.
