got these because some of mine was broken they had been in this big burner for almost 10 years and just now needing replaced very easy to remove the old ones and install the new ones in they r light weight compared to the old ones and see to be holding up well to heat so far but time will tell

Ive just placed 2 more orders. these bricks are the softer lighter type that reflect heat more than absorb it but for my application thats what I wanted (maple evaporator)

These are vermiculite pressed blocks, so they are different than traditional fire brick These require heat treatment after installing to complete the hardening process Light weight and easy to set Caution: Do not get these bricks wet as they might disintegrate if not heat treated first

Works great

They started melting before the furnace even got to 1600°. They’re not rated for the temp advertised. They are not durable or worth the value, more of a headache. Gotta order some elsewhere now.

These fire bricks work great I’m on my second year with them and no issues!

Bricks fit perfect for my BlazeKing wood burning stove! Now lets hope they last as the originals

Very lightweight and as the info says, they are pretty easy to cut. No broken bricks and each individually wrapped in foam. I installed in the woodstove and had a fire and all seemed good. I hope they last as long as the original. Amazon seemed to screw up the delivery - at first they were supposed to be delivered in a few days, then I received an e-mail from Amazon saying they would be delayed by a week, then 2 days later, they arrived. I've never has this happen with Amazon before - hopefully a '1 of 1' deliver issue.
