Brilliant, works perfect, great quality!
I use this every day recording my telephone calls etc, I use Audacity along with this which is free and records calls very clear and good volume! If you want to record calls then buy this, arrived well packaged and fast delivery! I already bought another one for my dad who makes a lot of important calls so he can recall all the details in case he forgets anything! Great in legal terms for verbal agreements etc

Not sensitive enough
I bought this as a present for someone who wanted the ability to record conversations on the telephone. Despite the fact that the dictaphone it was connected to was set to sensitive, it did not pick up any sound. It's not a problem with the dictaphone because it did work with Olympus TP-8 Telephone Pick Up Voice Recorder (which I recommend).
