This programmer really does deliver what it says on the tin. The instructions are not easy to follow and could be a lot better, but after experimenting a bit I have found it to be incredibly good value. I have not tested it with a huge range of chips but it has worked reliably with everything I needed it for. It appears to be sturdy and well put together.

This T48 Mini Pro has proven to be a very useful tool for my Commodore 64 restoration projects. I've successfully used it for programming GAL chips as PLA replacements, testing fuse maps in logic chips, and programming/erasing EEPROMs - it's handled everything I've thrown at it so far. The build quality is solid and the compact size makes it easy to work with on the bench. It feels well-made and robust, which is reassuring when you're working with expensive or hard-to-find vintage chips. Several of us in the retro hardware community picked these up and we've all had good results across a wide range of vintage tech projects. It's become a bit of a go-to recommendation for anyone doing serious retro computing work. The package includes 10 adapters (haven't had occasion to use them yet) and some IC extraction tools. Fair warning: the included IC lifters aren't great quality - you'd be better off investing in proper dedicated tools for chip extraction if you're doing this regularly. Overall, this is a capable and reliable programmer at a reasonable price point. If you're doing any work with GALs, logic devices, or EEPROMs - particularly for retro computer repairs and modifications - this is a solid choice that won't let you down.

Ich hatte nach dem Lesen der bestehenden Bewertungen erst befürchtet dass die Lieferung unvollständig sein könnte, aber es kam alles inkl. der Adapter an und war anständig verpackt. Das Gerät basiert technisch auf dem T48 (TL866-3G) und funktioniert unter Linux mit Minipro bisher einwandfrei, man muss also nicht zwingend irgendwelche Programme wild zusammensuchen. Handbuch, Software usw. sind wie erwartet nicht im Paket enthalten, aber das ist ok. Vor allem mit Blick auf den Preis bisher eine tolle Anschaffung. EDIT - kleiner Hinweis als Ergänzung. Die enthaltenen Adapter für PLCC Bausteine sind für MCUs ausgelegt, nicht für EPROMs! Es wird zwar nichts beschädigt, der Chip wird nur nicht ansprechbar sein. D.h. für "BIOS flashen" usw. muss man entweder die Adapter durch kleine Lötbrücken modifizieren oder einen passenden Adapter nachkaufen. Dann klappt es problemlos.
