So far, so good. I needed a replacement for my 23 in all in one touch screen. This one had more to offer than an HP so I bought it. After a few months of use, it has not disappointed me in any way.

This thing has 32gb memory, 1TB SSD, 27" touch screen monitor, wireless mouse & keyboard. In new condition. For me, this was a great deal! Far faster than my 8 year old HP. Would recommend to anyone. Only minor complaint is the location of the USB ports but definitely just a minor concern. A great deal for the price paid.

Helped purchase this for my 85 yr old mother. It is awesome. It's all in one and there are minimal wires to hook up. You press the on button and the computer starts up in seconds. The screen is large and the touch panel works great. The only issue was that even though there was a HDMI port in back I couldn't get a second monitor to connect. After trying several I gave up. The thing I liked the most was since it was a refurbished model I was able to get a high end computer that would have been 2-3X the price.

Advertised as excellent condition and is. More like new. Renewed though and I'm very pleased withthe delivery and packaging. When I set it up I did have a software problem with the calculator app.Was flashing very fast on the screen, and I had not opened it. The fix was uninstall which I did. Nothingelse, very fast computer, easily streamed between the older Windows 10 machine and this one, synced usingEdge. The deal was exceptional and I'm very pleased including using the touchscreen. They did send a wired keyboard and mouse, I'm using the wireless keyboard and mouse I already had. No manuals or paperwork but that's easily overcome.

We had to put something under the left side of stand to make the screen level. Odd ...

Was nervous to purchase but so glad I did!

We like to buy again. It is worth the money.

I had to buy at $151 a license from MS inorder to have a valid windos 11 license.
