This thing has saved my day on more than one occasion. One can not always use a hand to carry a portable fan, and as such that's not always an option. Most of your heat loss is through your head too, right? So a neck fan makes sense for two reasons right there.Charging is simple, it uses a USB C input that's on the bottom right side, close to the power button. The power button is the only button. Meaning, you use it to power on the device and set it to it's first power level, cycle through two more power levels, then press again to power off. So in total the device has 3 power levels. All come on handy for various scenarios. If you are just a little uncomfortable, power level 1 is probably the place you want to be. If you are going for a walk and it's a little warm outside, I would go with 2. If you just got done exercising, and you are trying to cool down, I would go with 3. Those are examples. I use mine at 3 while I'm doing yoga, just because our house is always a little humid and we don't like to run the air dehumidifier all the time because of the bill so this and a 16,000 RPM battery operated fan come in handy for that. You could use it for VR, if you are supposed to be outside, it could simulate a breeze at power level 1, just ideas. It weighs practically nothing. I just, it has weight, but since it's on your neck and not in your hands, you truly don't notice it at all. It fits make a little noise, and since it sits so close to your ears, you do notice that. But it's white noise, and you learn to tune it out, much like you would a fan, or the ticking of a clock. I get about 3 hours of battery life out of it on power level 3, but that's not a proper test and I haven't tried for the other power levels. But that seems about right for a 4,000 mAh battery that's running two high powered fans. So it's got decent battery life. I truly enjoy this fan, it's simple, to the point, powerful, relatively quiet, cooling.

We live in Florida, where adult humans at sporting events and other outdoor activities end up looking like reptiles scrambling for any relief from the sweltering heat.Over the course of our lives, we have tried just about every portable heat-beating device and gimmick out there. Some work better than others. Most don’t do much at all for very long. To our great surprise, this neck fan works and does so exceptionally well for quite a while.When I say “works” I mean – unlike many devices – it genuinely provides relief from even unrelenting environmental heat. On top of the fact that it actually makes the user feel less hot than they would without it, it doesn’t have to be held in the hands or worn on a hat. Those familiar with the plight will be aware that this is kind of a big deal.Even operating continuously on the highest setting, the rechargeable battery last plenty long to make it through a day at the theme park or a sporting event.We love it. This is a powerful portable fan. It charges quickly and the battery lasts for a while. It allows you to have a few different speeds for the fan and is super easy to use. My mom said it’s perfect for her hot flashes.

I love that these come with a USB rechargeable battery that lasts. They are very portable, super comfortable and they have a lot of power behind them. They are easily adjustable for any size neck. The fans are bladeless so you don't have to worry about your hair get tangled in it. They are perfect for traveling, sports, gardening, etc. and they really do keep you nice and cool. There's a little bit of noise, obviously with the fan right next to your ears, so you will hear the buzz of the air being pulled into the unit; the higher the speed you go, the louder the sound. But it is still relatively quiet. I am loving this for hot summer days walking the dog and for other outside activities. Great design!!
