Poor Adhesive of Logo
Although the sound and quality of the headphones is amazing, the logo and most importantly the metal pieces at the outside of the headphones becomes unglued thus making the magnetic option featureless.Please improve your manufacturing as this is the second headphone to have this same problem.

I had no issues like the ones I read, I love the sound, and it brought different sizes ear tips. They look and feel brand new.

only lasted 5 months
after 6 months of use the right earbud has no sound ! the left is cutting out . there is no sign of wire distress. this is my second pair the first pair worked good for two years before they failed . bummed on the quality

Sounds it great works great, But cord has a lot of memory and they don’t stay in my ears I luckily I had other parts form old head phone to swap out.

Good buds. Don’t hurt my ears the way the ones that came with my phone do. That’s the critical selling point for me. Really no complaints.
