Quality of the extension is good but received defective as it trips the breaker when connected, might be a technical issue. Requesting a replacement.

I needed a 15amp switch. My monitor plug is not fitting in this product. Amazon CS says this is neither exchangeable nor returnable. The product is good but I cannot use.
