Purchased as a gift for a friend who has a Bichon. These are cute with nice detail but SO SMALL that someone would have to be right up at your face to see that they are a Bichon Frise. I can't get past the size because they are so much smaller than expected, so am returning.I took pictures to show you because the listing lists the measurement but shows the earrings next to a quarter, so that kind of tricks your eye. Pick up a dime -- the dog height is from FDR's chin to his forehead.Put another way, the dog is about the same length top to bottom as the post in the back (first picture).The height of this dog is right about 0.375" -- about 3/4 of one half inch. The listing says the height is 0.47, almost half an inch. Not according to my ruler.If you want a teeny tiny dog earring that is well detailed and adorable, these fit the bill. If you were looking for something people could see from a few feet away and know you were showcasing your breed, unfortunately these don't do that.Other details: The silver looks real and the earrings feel sturdy. They arrive in a nice sturdy white gift box with "Daixiya Jewelry" in gold on the lid. Inside the box are a small cleaning cloth square and a business card under the plastic bag holding the earrings (loose). The gift box is wrapped in plastic with a sticker that says "New," "925 S" and "Made in China."
