This was on the wish list of my eleven year old niece so I got it sent directly to her. She was really pleased with it and still uses it a lot in the six weeks since she got it. Decent quality and the writing really stands out when the light is on

The glass had a white visible scratch/scuff, which was about 1 1/2 cm, so not perfect for a new item. I kept it because it was too late to purchase another as it was for a gift. Wasn't so apparent after my grand daughter decorated it with the pens. The pens at first appeared not to work, but by holding them upside down for several minutes and shaking the ink began to flood down to the nib. You will need batteries.

I think once you get the ink going it is really fun and the colours are vibrant. When you turn the light on it looks really cool in the dark.

Great board. Daughter loves it. Writing on it easy and button to turn on light to make it neon.

Star but of the year!! Kids love this. Have given to girls ages 7,11,10,8 all love it.

Don’t buy, pens don’t work until you have shaken them to death and then push down on them for what feels like a life time to get the ink flowing.Once this is done it is impossible to clean the plex glass. I have tried a dry cloth, water, soap, glass cleaner and it just looks rotten and scratched.I have tried to get a refund and amazon state:- it can’t be returned as the pens are flammable? I’ve messaged them asking how have they shipped it to me then yet I’m not allowed to ship it back?Waiting a response from amazon.Avoid buying this as it’s junk and lead to a disappointing stocking filler.

I gave the product 4 stars simply because of no instructions. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. WHAT A PITY THE MANUFACTURERS COULDNT HAVE PLACED INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BOX. They must have LOADS returned as 'faulty' when they aren't!Was about to re package and return as faulty as pens wouldn't work! But decided to check reviews first and found the problem.I HAD shaken the pens BUT hadn't PRESSED the tips down. ( No instructions ) They are on a spring and need pressing down a number of times. You will then see the colour ink migrating to the tip.Product bought for grand-daughter. I was so pleased I tried it out first and solved the 'fault' before wrapping it up. Could you imagine the disappointment and my embarrassment when she had opened it Christmas morning!WHY NO INSTRUCTION FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!

bought as a gift for my niece and she loves it. The most disappointing thing is the pens don't last very long and I can't find replacements.
