Will not turn on no matter how long it charges. It has never turned on and only now I discover there is no refund for this. SCAM. Would have been a great product.

I thought the product didn't work but the seller was able to help me out so I'm changing my review to 4 stars. Seller told me you have to hold the power button for 3 to 5 seconds for the product to turn on. I find it strange how that works but at least it's working now. Thank you

It effectively gets the job done. The only drawback is that turning it on can be challenging, interrupting your flow when you need to stop to get it to work. The buttons may be confusing and make some noise. It would be nice if it were less noisy, but it performs excellently once it's up and running.
