Needed an elbow guard for my 10-year-old son who likes to crouch close to home plate.. He has been hit many times already and this guard helped. Made of sturdy material. Highly recommend.

Previous review was deleted for some unknown reason. My son has 3 variations of this exact elbow guard. All 3 of them have the same exact patterning, material, and build quality. The only difference between all 4 elbow guards is the company logo.Biggest issue with the 3 previous elbow guards is that the hook/loop straps start to fray and eventually it's really not usable. I'm going to guess that this will have the same flaw down the road. Each one lasted only 1 season of baseball.Mass produced in China and distributed to whatever company wants to slap their branding on it. So you can bet that you will find this exact elbow guard but with a different company brand on it somewhere on Amazon.

It's well made and very protective, it's pretty thick but still flexible enough to bend the arm. I got it for my 9 year old to use for baseball but it's a little big on his arm so I'd say it's best for 10 and up. He says it's pretty comfortable and he's able to bend his elbow all the way.

My daughter plays softball and is moving to 12u travel ball. We were advised to get her an elbow guard to protect her and make her feel more confident and have less fear of being hit. 12u pitchers can be fast but also still wild. My daughter is 5’ and 75lbs so she’s very very thin. This guard fits her arm and can tighten enough while not inhibiting her swing. I also got her a Rawlings on that only goes on the upper arm, a simpler design, but she likes this one better.

I bought this for my 10-year-old daughter for softball because she kept getting hit in her left elbow. Don't get me wrong, this is a very good and well designed product. My initial purpose for getting these was for more tactical purposes, though the fact that it only came in white at the time did not help. Comfort wise, they are much better than my previous elbow pads as the straps kept shifting to my elbow and chafing. These elbow guards have the straps further from the elbow down the forearm and bicep. And the increased size also keeps them from shifting in. Furthermore the padding is very good for if I need to take a dive. However, the overall size is just too bulky for me.Overall great product, just not for my particular use case. Would highly recommend though as great quality,comfort and workmanship.

I'll start off by saying this elbow guard is great. I ordered it for my son who plays baseball. The sizing is pretty adjustable as the straps can be tightened a fair amount, but even in a youth size it is a bit on the larger side. To give you an idea of the sizing, I'm 6'3" and 220lbs and I can wear the youth size comfortably. I'm not quite sure how much larger the adult size would be but if it's significantly larger, people with smaller arms may find it too lose. Otherwise it is very comfortable and very quick to take on and off. It offers a good amount of protection without feeling over encumbering. It should not affect your swing speed or mechanics at all.
