Easy to assemble/disassemble. Used this on business trip since the gym at hotel was closed. Very flimsy but not a bad thing considering it comes apart. Make sure the parts are snapped securely or expect it to go flyin. Got some gettin used it. Feels different on ur obliques if ur not used to a weighted hula hoop. Feels like a slight hit on the sides then really sore the next day.

I am so happy I got this hoola hoop! I had one with those horrible ridges on the inside that practically bruised me every time I used it. This one is smooth and nicely padded, and the weight is just right so that I am still going strong hoola hooping at 25 weeks pregnant! Don't worry, I talked to my doctor about it first.It was easy to assemble, although i'm not sure how easy it would be to take apart if you so desired.

The weighted hula hoop is easy to put together and makes hooping easier than the non weighted ones. However, I used this maybe 6 times and the rubber is coming apart. Disappointed that happened soon after my purchase. My sister bought the same weighted hoop and the rubber is coming off hers too! Poor quality for that to happen, especially when it's practically new.

This hula hoop does have weight. It says two pounds and that feels accurate. It's easy to assemble. Once put together it does feel a little unstable but it holds together nicely. In the middle of use it hit my hand and snapped. For an item that's going to fall to the floor a lot you'd thing it wouldn't break as easy. I messages the seller as I'd like a refund.

The Neoweek Hula Hoop was delivered to my door at 12:51 PM on Sunday October 31, 2021.Approximately an hour later, 2:15 PM, after snapping the pieces together, I stepped out into my backyard to give it a try.Before the hoop made a single revolution around my waist, I heard 3 sharp cracks. The sounds were the plastic joints breaking and sending my Neoweek Hula Hoop flying in four separate directions.If this product were made "shoddily", it would have lasted a few weeks before self-destructing. This is a new level of shoddy. It is apparently designed to self-destruct at first use.It is doubtful that a company with the corporate ethics of Neoweek will honor my request for a refund. SO, I live and learn.

Wow this is so perfect. I never hula hoop in my whole life. Im 5 ft tall and weigh 138 pounds. And in just 2 minutes I managed the hula hoop to not falling down, at firt I managed up to 12 seconds, 18 seconds, 28 seconds, 45 seconds 5 minutes, 10 minutes and more. Very easy to use. Problem is I keep on hula hopping all day and my tummy aches now but I know this is just temporary and will heal as time goes buy. Love it

I got the smooth one, not the one some people were getting with the curves, I tried it out and I love it! I questioned at first if it was used though, because the box that the hoop pieces comes in was kinda damaged, and there was like dust/dirt on the box and inside of it. After I put it together I don’t believe it was used but I just thought that was weird. Also, it definitely hurts the first time you use it and I won’t be that surprised if I have bruises as well lol. But you feel your core working when using it which is nice. I’m excited to see any differences from using it!

Why - you order a hula hoop - even though you are well into the third decade of your life. This little number is priced just right, and snapped together so quickly, I was hooping in no time! I tell you what, for 10-15 minutes a day, I turn on Britney Spears "Work B*tch" and other bangin hits and just hoop in my living room. Improves my mood, improves my energy levels - and who knows - maybe I'll get abs. I'm not entirely hopeful of that, but the fun levels are good enough. 10/10 would recommend for any adults who need a fun pick-me-up. Also, the soft foam wrapping on it makes it extremely comfortable to hoop with.
