However,our last delivery is very different from what we have been used to . The product is much thinner ,not as thick as it was for several years . We hope it is an accident .

Good product, however, the packaging is not complete secure due to the lid is not really attached to the bottle, even though there a seal sticker at top of the wrap box

This is the best quality and potency you can find. I need ginseng as adjunct therapy for a chronic condition. Only these type liquid extracts are what I respond to like it's a real medication.I initially tried this brand because it's much less expensive than the major brands from Korea. It's also higher than average in ginsenosides. I was pleased to discover that this brand is top shelf, in terms of effectiveness. The manufacturer has a good reputation in South Korea, where standards for ginseng are very high.

The Amazon delivery guy left the package in front of my house and I forgot to pick it up. So by the next day morning, it was sitting outside of the house with temperatures freezing with snow. Then as soon as I opened the bottle, the ginseng extract was not frozen at all. This means, they don't add water to this product. Very satisfied and I will continue to purchase this item.

Taste is not exactly same as the one my mom bought from a local store. Around 85% alike. I agree it's a little bit cheaper.
