Style: Looks great even after long-term use Build quality: Strong and durable for everyday carrying Comfort & design: Very practical for daily use The only issue I’ve faced is with the shoulder strap material. Over time, the material has worn out and is not as durable as the rest of the bag. I’ve uploaded a video for reference so the company can clearly see the issue and hopefully improve it in future versions. Apart from this one problem, the backpack is excellent in quality and value for money. If the shoulder strap material is improved, this would easily be a 5-star product.
