Finally—A Sunscreen That Works for My Fair-Skinned Teen!
My 13-year-old daughter has very fair, sensitive skin and tends to burn easily, even with sunscreen. We've tried multiple brands and SPF levels, but this Coppertone Sport SPF 100 spray has been the most effective by far.It goes on evenly, dries quickly, and doesn't feel greasy or sticky—perfect for an active teen who’s constantly on the go. Whether she’s at sports practice, swimming, or just outside with friends, this sunscreen holds up really well. I still reapply it every 80 minutes or so (especially if she's in water), but even with long sun exposure, she hasn’t burned once since we started using it.The spray makes application easy and mess-free, which is a big plus when we’re trying to get out the door quickly. It also doesn’t have an overpowering smell like some other sprays do.Highly recommend for anyone with fair-skinned kids who need serious sun protection!

There’s something important you need to know before making a purchase!!!
🧪Active Ingredients:• Avobenzone 3%• Homosalate 15%• Octinoxate 2%• Octizalate 5%• Octocrylene 10%• Oxybenzone 6%⸻⚠️ What's causing concern, especially in the regions (Proposition 65):Oxybenzone and Octinoxate are two ingredients that are causing a lot of controversy, especially in the regions and in Hawaii:❌Oxybenzone:• Classified as a chemical, possible endocrine disruptor.• Associated with allergic reactions and hormonal disruption.• According to some studies, may be toxic to corals.• In the standard, this substance may be listed in Proposition 65 (if it is proven to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity, but it is not officially included in Proposition 65 yet).🚫 Octinoxate:• It also causes harm as a potential endocrine disruptor.• It is banned in Hawaii due to threats to marine ecosystems.⸻📜 What Prop 65 (California) says:In 2025, Oxybenzone and Octinoxate are not on the official Prop 65 list, but they are controversial in expert circles. However, other states, such as Hawaii, have already banned these substances in SPF products due to health and environmental concerns.⸻🧾 Bottom Line:• It contains substances that can cause hormonal disruption and body appearance, and should not be used for frequent use, especially in childhood.
