Fitbit Alta HR Activity Tracker Small Black Renewed

Wanted an Alta HR as a present for my wife, as she had one for years and wore it in a little anklet that held it perfectly. This one is “renewed”, but truly looks perfect, works really well, and a fair price for sure!We are both happy!

My fitbit fully charged on the charger and lost all charge as soon as I unplugged it. Returned.

Fits well and holds the charge for almost 7 days

I bought the first watch with excitement. It arrived and never was able to charge. I went through all the videos and trouble shooting on my win before seeking help from Fitbit who then said it was on the selling agent through Amazon so I contacted them and they answered and listened but did nothing to fix it besides offering to return that one and send a replacement. The replacement came and charged 100% I wore it for 24 hours then it died and when I tried to charge it thinking “this is weird I thought it was supposed to last for 10 days but maybe I am wrong” but when I got home from work it wouldn’t charge. VERY frustrated. Customer service was adequate but the refurbished fitbits are horrible.

Purchase was great, watch looked brand new no dings or scratches. Works great!!, people said that their watch stopped working and would not come back or charge… my watch did the same the I found out why ( the charger they sent in the package was not quite correct. The Original OEM charger if you call it had a button on the USB end. So that when the watch dies completely, you plug it in and push the button and it restarts the watch). So if you do purchase this watch make sure to purchase an OEM type charger and you will be good…. Hope this helps,All in All I would purchase again.

The watch does not work. I have tried several times to change the time on the watch and it does not work. It is supposed to sync with my phone but does not appear to do so.

I had to replace my old Fitbit Alta HR. I spent an hour trying to get to my Fitbit Dashboard ... apparently, Fitbit sold out to Google. I could no longer get there without agreeing to let Google into all my personal information. That's just BS. I returned the Alta HR and will no longer use one. These people do NOT need to pry into my personal files. Really disgusted.

This is my second Altra Fitbit, and I love it. I just wanted a basic Fitbit to use as a watch, see when I have an incoming call or message, count my daily steps, and to track my sleep. I am a loyal Fitbit customer. I have owned four ( three different models) over the years.Last week I forgot to take it off before I jumped in the pool. I am happy to report that the water did not hurt at one little bit.
