I loved everything about this shoe (weight, arch support, comfortable, color) , but it ran a little short. I exchanged it for a larger size, but it hasn't arrived yet.

Loved how small and lightweight these shoes were. Didn't relaize they are more of a off white but once I started wearing them i fell in love. Very comfortable and can be a wear all day long.

These sneakers are comfortable as look great. They offer my foot enough support and are true to size.

First issue: I did not receive these in a New Balance box. They were in a generic brown cardboard box. I don't know if they were just returned and the box was messed up or what but that is a red flag right there that these might not be genuine New Balance. The second red flag is the quality issue when I tried them on.I have flat feet and need a lot of arch support and these feel like Skechers. I even put my Super Feet insoles in there and they still felt too flat. I don't recommend these at all for anybody with low arches. I normally wear Karhus but they're not cheap and I need a second pair for walking around the house since I work from home. I decided to try these because I used to wear NB and never had problems with them. These are just too flat and soft. I can't believe anybody wears these for any kind of serious exercise. They're not even supportive enough for me for house shoes. I put my need-to-be-replaced Karhus back on with the insoles put back in and they felt more supportive than these things.Secondary issue, they're not even good slip-on shoes with my insoles in. They don't slip on easily. I have to stick my finger in the heel area and straighten it out.In my opinion these are very low quality more like the Skechers quality of shoes and not anything for serious exercise or if you have serious foot issues. I'm not even 100% sure these are real New Balance. They might be okay if you have normal feet and aren't going to be running 5Ks in them or just want some to wear around the house.

I've had these for a couple months and they are comfy but still haven't found a shoe that my feet don't hurt after working 8hrs on concrete. They've started to squeak when I walk which is unfortunate as they are quite cute.

They're very comfortable, very light weight - they fit perfectly. I just wish I had ordered a darker color. I got them dirty the first day I wore them.

These shoes are extremely lightweight and are very comfortable on long walks. First time a wore them I was worried about getting blisters on my 4 mile walk but much to my surprise my feet felt great! They do run small so order at least a half size up. I wear a 8.5 and I had to order a 9.

Ces souliers sont souples, la couleur bleu et mauve est très belle. Très satisfaite. Après quelques semaines d’utilisation, je me rends compte que le soutien est toujours confortable mais mou…. Donc, je ne les porterai plus pour une longue promenade mais pour une petite sortie, oui! Moi qui a déjà eu des faiblesses au niveau de l’arche du pied et des chevilles. Je recommande mais pas pour faire du sport intense.

I really like the style and colour of these runners, but maybe New Balance can give me a hint how to get them on. I even ordered 1/2 size bigger and they are terrible to get on even with a shoe horn!!!!
