The unit arrived in a timely fashion. Ive only been using it for a couple of weeks but have been very satisfied so far. The unit is very quiet and cools as advertised. It was also very easy to install. You will need two people to help balance while installing. Very simple to operate as well. Would recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this air co diction we because I wanted a u shaped ac but the Midea seemed complicated to install. This was rated as easy to install and had great reviews, albeit I never heard of this brand before and I’m wary of buying things in the internet because they’re often cheaply made and low quality. I used it twice, first time was great. Second time, it would make all these loud noises. The midea is the same price if you include the shipping and tax with this brand. I’d go for that instead. I did contact seller but am still waiting for reply. I’ll update review if they have a suggestion with the unit.EDIT: after contacting the company it was suggested that I make sure the external supporting screws were very secure. They were, or so I thought they were. The company then offered a full refund or replacement as they believed it was damaged in shipping. I decided to undo the AC and shift it around a bit. The external screws are on very old shingles so they give. I screwed them as tight as possible and used the ac. No noises. I decided to keep using it for a few days to see if this fixed the issue. Mostly because the headache of sending this thing back after carrying it up 3 flights of stairs was a lot. It has in fact been working fine, chills the room quickly and is much less noisy than most other ACs.

easy to install. cools two large rooms easily. the only complaint that we found is the drain is on the inside. you have to pull a drain plug and hold a container under the drain to catch the water, We would buy it again if we needed another one, we have recommended it to some of our friends. wish they would put the drain on the outside.

This is the only unit I found to fit my 46 inch wide window. Manual and remote were missing. Contacting the seller through Amazon was easy. Manual was available in a couple of hours. The remote took 2 weeks and a follow-up. But the seller was very friendly and easy to deal with, quick responses.I had to turn my house hvac off due to animal damage. Temps in the mid 90. My son bought this unit and helped me to install it. It was very easy.It is very quiet, cooling is amazing.One important item that I did not see in the product page. The condensation does not drain to the outside. On the left side is a plastic plug you have to pull out and drain the water into a container. When set to dehumityfy I just leave it unplugged. I have a 5 gal home depot bucket under the plug. It fills up to 4 gal every 24 hours. I I'ive in florida.If my bill is low enough , compared to hvac unit I might buy another for the bedrooms. I have space heaters for the winter. It's going to take a while to replace the ducts.Overall I'm happy with this unit. Hope all this made sense.

I love that it has such a low profile! Once installed, I was pleasantly surprised how my view out the window is unobstructed. It runs like a top! The fan actually blows the cool air out into the room. High quality and low noise. Very easy to use.

This is a great AC unit! I have it in my 20 x 24 workshop, man cave, refuge., [?].. It works great. Keeps the area comfortable, and seems to do so with ease. It is attractive and not hard to install. It's pretty heavy (app. 70 pounds), so you'll do better to have some help with installation.My only disappointment is that it was slightly damaged in shipping. It was not bad enough to warrant the hassle of returning it, but I wish it hadn't happened.
