This is a very good AC, it has large indoor and outdoor, large indoor equals bigger cooling coil so more cooling. Its cooling capacity is 5422Watts which is highest in 1.5 Ton range, not only in Hitachi range but also in all other companies, its actual tonnage comes at 1.54 Ton. This AC is easily suitable for upto 200-220 sq ft room. It has large air throw, with horizontal and vertical swings with double flaps. It has turbo mode called powerful which makes it run on full capacity for faster cooling. Remote is large and stylish with multiple buttons like sleep, economy, silent, timer. AC has extra feature like WiFi, auto cleaning of indoors called Ice Clean 🧊🌨️FrostWash. There is another model available 5600XXL with same feature but without WiFi. Tip - to calculate tonnage of any AC divide cooling capacity by 3517. Hitachi 1.5 Ton Class 5 Star is performing well and cooling effect is very good. AC received in good condition and installation is done in time . It's a great product at a great price, got it for 43k in sale. I would like to list out the few points after a month usage.Pro's:1. No brand comes closer in terms of cooling at this price, even though my room is pent house with direct sunlight on all the walls and roof the cooling is instant.2. It's a smart AC, so can be operated through mobile and other perks like smart fence, remote cool etc...3. Power consumption is surprisingly low for this capacity, around 10hrs+ usage everyday gave me 500/- extra bill.4. The IDU is big and stylish and ODU is big and metal, very heavy condenser (just the grill on the ODU is made of plastic).5. Remote is one major pro with big keys and detailed layout and also has backlit display.6. This is not mentioned anywhere but it's awesome, the temperature can be adjusted in ½ degree (23 to 23.5) like that, it's very helpful to get the right preference.7. It does have a anti corrosion coating on the u bends inside IDU blue color coating, again not mentioned anywhere they should do better marketing lol 😅Con's:1. It's bit on noisy side, I never use the fan speed above level 3, feels like a jet 😂. Actually ODU is more quiet than IDU.2. The installation is not upto the standards, they just have 3rd party contractors, not very specialized in Hitachi brand, so I had to search myself for all of my queries.

Very great choice of Air conditioner Not regretting my decision.I have Lg, Samsung And Voltas Ac as well in other4 rooms but considered to them being all are 1.5 ton and 5 start ac this chills the room even faster compared to others the powerful and silent mode are the best features .It is a value for money product.Technician insisted on checking the leakages and offered the best service.Even for the extra pipe I didn't want a joint so he bought a new pipe of full length.

Writing this review after 2 months. An absolute quality product. I was sceptic when heard about the complaints of not having wifi or temperature display. Don’t worry about this, it has wifi and temperature display (attached photo). I keep it at auto mode and set the fan speed to 1. Runs silent. No water leakage so far. Cooling capacity is more than 1.5 ton. Wifi functionality is definitely there. Though the app needs some improvement. Definitely a quality product.

build quality and cooling is very good. 4 way air swing is a plus point with this new model 2025.
