I originally looked into buying a chair from Costco for 3x the price…but this one had the same bells and whistles for much cheaper. Have been using it for a couple weeks and it definitely gets the knots out. Had to remove the head cushion and position it at my hips because the massage wasn’t strong enough around my neck and shoulder area but I was getting bruised in my lower back (I’ve been camping out in the chair, trying all the programs.) So I think I solved both concerns with that modification.Delivery was straight forward, no assembly was required. Just needed a strong extra set of hands to remove it from all its secure packaging. Good communication from the transport company and arrived faster than originally expected. Also the company has been very responsive to every inquiry that I’ve sent.I look forward to sitting in it each day. It’s a luxury I never knew I was missing.

The goods were delivered on time. The delivery was excellent. I liked the chair. There are many programs, we are still studying them. It looks very nice. So far we are very happy with the purchase. No comments.

Upgraded from a basic one, this is way better, reaches higher and is probably 80+% as good (and has some more features) as the $9000 massage chair I almost bought. Use everyday

Features of the chair are great but the automated massages could be better.

The media could not be loaded. I spent months researching massage chairs and settled on this product and am VERY happy with the choice. Before I dropped over $2k on something like this I want to do my research. Looking at other options out there that were cheaper or in the same price range, they had less features and intensity adjustability. I even asked ChatGPT for an analysis and ultimately a recommendation given my criteria for a low top tier/high mid tier massage chair under $3k this kept coming up. Lastly, after a month of using it here are the pros and cons.Pros:-SL track-4D with the ability to adjust the intensity- 3 zero gravity options- speakers that give an immersive experience (I play spa music )- the foot rollers are AMAZING and a family favorite- 24 auto mode options from soft to sports to targeted areas. My daughter that plays travel soccer loves the sports care and the TCM recuperating after games and workouts.- body scan which is great as a 5 foot tall woman usually I’m too small but this machine accurately adjusts every time- the manual and air compression modes are great too but the family likes the auto mode options- pretty intuitive - I haven’t looked at the manual since setupCons:- I wish the heat was a hotter. It’s fine for most but I like a much hotter heat setting- since I have a smaller frame the shoulder compression bags don’t really do much for me- the spine intensity can be a bit intense so I put a thin folded blanket by my lower back area and it works greatOverall after a month of daily use, I absolutely love this machine and highly recommend it without hesitation. We have high stress jobs and this gives us the opportunity to destress in between work, taking the kids to their activities, etc. My husband who has had 2 back surgeries was a big skeptic given the price but he’s a believernow.Also the delivery was great once we got it setup with CEVA - they brought it to the door and we took it out of the box before bringing it in. My husband and I used its built in wheels and moved it to the living room.

I've had this chair for a couple of months now and use it every day several times a day. At first it took a little getting used to the many programs but we've got the hang of it now and have our favorite programs. This is the 3rd massage chair I purchased from Amazon and I finally have a keeper. Very nice, well padded massage chair, would recommend seller and chair😄
