Monstrum,Simple,sturdy & reasonably priced!
So far,so good! I put it on my Ruger mini-30(w a Monstrum pic rail that I already had on there)& am waiting for an Athlon Neos 3-9×40mm BDC 500 IR to be delivered 2B installed.I had a cheap LPVO in reg rings on it but it wouldn't hold 0 or stay locked down,so upgrading to this new combo.Sidenote,I have an Athlon Neos 4×12×40mm on my 308(if ur looking for a very good scope at a reasonable$$)& it's been awesome for 2yrs & 1k rds.I like Monstrum as a whole, these rings are no different, simple, sturdy & not obnoxiously overpriced.

REAL DEAL²
This is the real deal. I was hesitant to buy this, as Monstrum isn't exactly a tier 1 brand (no offense). I used this to mount a Vortex DiamondBack 40mm 3x9, used blue locktite, a good level and marked the position of the screws with an oil pen...Good lord this is a legit, amazing mount for what I used it for. Very comparable to the one that comes with the $300 Sig Sauer MSR, that I have two of. (There are no lines like the MSR so you have to mount it with a level and by eye which took a bit of time but it's part of the game.)Couldn't ask for a better mount for my purpose. I put it on a Savage Precision 64 22LR, so I can't speak too much for the ability to handle recoil (obviously with 22LR.) But I've seen other reviews of people using this mount on 5.56/.223 as well as .308 with the same great results and praise. The quality of the materials and the precision manufacturing is very obvious when it's in your hands, despite it coming in a very, unassuming, tiny box with little more than the keys for tightening down the screws (maybe why it's lower cost?). This is a massively great deal for my purpose. Screws didn't walk off anywhere at all and zero shift in shot placement (on a bag) after 150 plus rounds. I was putting shots one ontop the other at 80ish yards (all the room I've had thus far to test.) Credit to the optic but even a $1,200 optic is going to be garbage if you don't have a good mount.Highly recommended, (only experienced with 22LR) but after seeing the machining and holding/messing with it, I would put money on this being able to handle much more force: hence all the positive reviews on MUCH higher calibers...I will only speak from what I've personally seen, but the build quality, tolerances and overall design are awesome... I would easily trust this to a 5.56/.223 and 7.62x39. I like that the mount has recoil mitigating notches for picatinny on the bottom of it, very clever idea...Don't really know what else to say. Incredible mounting piece at an incredible price. I for real had my doubts when I took a chance on this and I'm glad I did. Would definitely buy this again for higher caliber platforms based off my experience with it and with other reviews of people using and loving it up to .308/7.62x51. Will drop an update for better or worse after I have used it more.

The rings line up perfectly!
Mounted up nice with a 34mm scope. I checked with the alignment bars in a 34 mm scope lapping kit and the points of the bars lined up perfectly so no lapping needed! I added a little pine gum rosin powder inside the rings (I don this with all my scopes) and put blue Locktite on all screws. I used an inch pound torque screw driver to tighten everything down to spec. The scope instructions said no more than 18 inch pounds on the scope ring fasteners so I torqued them down to 16 inch pounds. I have it mounted on a 308 rifle, we will see how they hold up with the recoil.

Excellent Scope Mount
I'm very impressed with Monstrum after purchasing a few of their scope mounts. This Deadlock one is machined extremely well and feels very robust and solid. The surface is smooth with no rough edges whatsoever. It is comparably lightweight to some of the other mounts I have. The cut outs in the structure of the mount is aesthetically pleasing as well as functional as they reduce weight. I will be mounting an LPVO on the mount and pretty confident it will be a secure fit. Overall, I'm very pleased with the value and construction of this mount so kudos to Monstrum.

Great AR or similar use
This mount fits up perfect to pic rail and super fast and easy. However, I bought the wrong diameter for tube. Guessed and thought it was 1" its 30mm. My fault but I'm going to keep it for future applications. It's perfect AR platform mount.

Works as expected, buy with confidence.
Works as advertised. I ordered the 2-inch forward offset in the 1-inch rings. On an AR-15, the device allows the proper mounting of a Vortex 3-9 x 50 (non-adjustable objective) scope. The fitment to the picatinny rail is good. After mounting the scope, went to range and put about 40 rounds of 350 legend through the firearm - mounting screws and ring screws have remained tight. The only reason this item gets 4 instead of 5 stars is that it is a bit heavy......

Looks and functions as it should
Looks great and works great. Using it on a 22 build, would have no problem putting it on an AR.
