The shampoo and conditioner are wonderful which is why I ordered it, but upon arrival the conditioner was broken and leaked all throughout the package

I have been using Monat for five years. I've loved it but it's so expensive. I've been trying to find something that I can love just as much without paying the money so I have tried SO MANY brands. I always ended up gong back to Monat, until now. I have only been using this for a week and I LOVE it. I dare say I like it better than Monat. I have been using it for only a week and my hair feels so soft and clean and the shine is next level. I'm super sensitive to scents so the smell isn't my favorite but it's not bad and I think I'll get used to it. I think I FINALLY found something that can replace my other, expensive stuff!

As with some other reviews that I read prior to purchasing, the pumps do not work at all! The only way to get the product out, is to take out the pump and pour it in your hands. And when it arrived, the conditioner had leaked onto the shampoo bottle. Aside from that, I like the shampoo, conditioner and leave in detangling spray. The products have made it easier to get through my hair and I will probably purchase again.

I absolutely love this! It’s been my go to and favorite shampoo and conditioner. It’s made my hair so long and has helped so much to make my hair stop thinning.

I have had this for a month now and I has made zero progress in my hair. My hair has been the most dry that it has ever been and after trying to grow it out, I had to cut it after not cutting it for one year because this shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel so dry and I got a lot of split ends. The only good thing about these two is that it smells good.

Pumps will not open and one came broken! Will us the product and see what it does to my hair.

I began using both the shampoo and conditioner several months ago and have noticed that my hair has grown thicker at the base. They’re now both what I reach for every hair wash day and did I mention they smell absolutely amazing?? They’re slightly floral with a fresh scent and a bit of sweetness too.
