This was a well-made and seemingly quality product for my new iMac but I returned it because it required unplugging the power cord from my iMac which was too difficult for me to do. I opted for a unit that did not require this action and had a few extra features I preferred.

After many frustrating tries to mount the hub on my 2024 iMac, I realized that it is not possible to thread the IMac power cord through the hole area above the hook. The iMac cord is too thick and is not malleable enough to work this. The hub works fine, just noted that you can only place it on the table top by the computer.

This was perfect to add to my setup. I love that the wire is clean and plugs in the back of the display, and also, the ports are very fast.

This hub connects to my iMac seamlessly. Apple is doing away with less and less connectivities in the back of the iMac. It is frustrating. With the addition of this accessory I am able to have extra USB ports and USB C ports, very nice finish. Would have be nicer if the terminals are located on both sides of the unit instead of the front. This way the wires would be out of the way.
