I bought this for my BF and he loves them, he works with them all day long and also to play video games, nice quality, super light weight, in terms of fitting, by bf has a bigger head than regular size, and it fits him very good, super comfortable. The battery life is really good he charged them half way on Christmas Day, and he’s charging them until today 12/30/24 all the way. He is a gamer and he strongly recommends them, good purchase:)

I had an issue with 3 EKSA Gaming Headphones. They worked with me to resolve the issue and were in touch constantly. Excellent Customer Service, something that is missing from many companies. Mic quality is great Comfortable Cool design Audio isn't the worst it sounds like everything is low or far

This mic worked for the first month I had it, but in the past months, this mic has caused me beyond too much pain to the point I had to go out of my way to write my first review ever. every single time I turn on my PC i need to fiddle with this stupid mic for over 10 minutes just to get it working, the USB headset connecting system is the most stupid thing ever, I didn't even want to write this until 10 minutes ago, when I plugged in the USB & it turned off my whole mic, I unplug it & my audio is terrible & the mic doesn't work. 98% of the time I'm using this mic, the Microphone part doesn't even work. dent get this, this mic should be $20, not 70. it feels like a crappy just terrible dollar store microphone with absolutely zero quality of life, this is the worst mic I have ever owned, do not buy.

They look like really good headphones but my computer won't send an audio signal to them they work but not on my computer which is an Alienware Ryzon. I'm going to call nerds r Us today and see if they can help me with it and if they can't they're going back that's a shame because they're really pretty headphones and they were very comfortable but I really haven't been able to use them yet and I would like to thank you very much

Good sound quality, easy to use stayed charged for extende4d sessions and good wireless coverage. Had a small connectivity problem with the wireless part and after talking to Alice at EKSA Support, they replaced the ENTIRE headset without flinching. I will always look at EKSA products from now on due to their wonderful support if I'm in need of anything from their product line.

So far so good. I've only had it for a few days. But the delivery was fast and easy. The product was easy to. Install and use.

I have been wearing headphones for virtual meetings more and more. My old headphones were starting to hurt my ears. So I was looking for a pair I could wear for longer periods of time. These did the trick an added bonus was the sound quality. Very happy with the purchase.
