I was intimidated at first with all the parts that came with this printer. I guess I expected it would be “out of the box ready”, but it came with a flash drive that contained step by step videos. It took a while to get it to print correctly but that was due to it being new and took a while for the ink to get through the machine thoroughly. The print and color quality is awesome!! The customer service is by far the best that I have received in a very long time. Although, the company is overseas and you have to keep in mind there is a significant time zone difference, they are very responsive. They use WhatsApp, so basically you can message them anytime and they will get back to you as soon as they possibly are able. They have assisted me through out the entire process and are always super friendly and supportive. Jeremy helps me often and has been amazing. I am very new with DTF so it’s been a journey over the past few weeks but I’m confident this is a great product with outstanding customer service.

This is a great printer very simple to use technical support is offered through what’s app only!!! Everybody is so nice and helpful when needed. This printer has great dpi quality the pictures are bright on fabrics as well as when printed. I recommend 100% get this dtf printer even if your a newbie or simply want to start you r own business!!! Set up was easy the program is also easy to work!!!!

This printer is so ggod it prints much better than my old epson printer. This printer does DTF film sheets and rolls. I contact support to install it for me Jack was polite and nice always a please and thank you.

Let me save you some time, money, and a whole lot of frustration this is hands down the worst printer and worst printing company I’ve ever come across. Period. The printer itself? Garbage. It barely works, constantly glitches, and is clearly made with the cheapest materials possible. To make matters worse, it is NOT Mac friendly at all I had to go out and buy a whole PC just to try and get it to work properly. What kind of company in 2025 is still not compatible with Mac? Ridiculous. And then there’s the customer service, which is based in China and let me tell you, it’s completely useless. Good luck trying to get help when something goes wrong (and trust me, it WILL go wrong). They respond slow, give you zero solutions, and act like you’re the problem for reaching out. Trying to send the machine back was an even bigger nightmare. They’ll drag their feet, send you in circles, and make their faulty product your responsibility. It’s a full-on scam operation. Total runaround, no accountability, and no respect for your time or money. 💥 Do. Not. Buy. 💥 This company is a headache waiting to happen. The printer sucks. The service sucks. And the whole process will leave you drained. RUN far away from this company you've been warned.

I had issues getting it set up correctly from both a hardware and software perspective. The support team walked me through fixing everything. The printer prints in very high definition. This is a perfect starter DTF package.

Required quite a bit of assistance, which was challenging due to the different time zone. Now works well with great image quality and durability.

Great product. It takes a bit of help from customer support to set up but it’s definitely worth it. PLEASE MAKE SURE to install team viewer for remote help it takes all the stress out. Oh! And of course Jeremy is on top of his job. Definitely give Jeremy a bonus for everything he deals with!

I could not get the printer installed initially, but customer service was able to install. The printer is not compatible with my antivirus program. Had to uninstall antivirus in order to install printer. Was not a good idea. My computer kept locking up if I tried to go to any sight. Would not let me proceed stating that I had acquired a virus. Tech support said I could not use my antivirus program. Had to uninstall the printer.

Le service à la clientèle est super en plus en francais il a tout reprogrammer mes option comme il faut! Peut importe le nombre de questions que vous leur posez, ils donnent d'excellent truc et teste avec vous jusqu'a que le probleme soit regler je la recommande

Do Not Buy – Defective Product & No Warranty Support I purchased this printer in January 2025, and it broke down after only a few uses. Despite being sold with a 1-year warranty, the seller refused to honor it. Instead, they forced me to buy extra parts that did not fix the problem, and now they are ignoring my requests for proper support. I spent over $2,700 CAD on this machine, and it has never worked properly. The seller is acting in bad faith, and Amazon should not allow this kind of business. Please do not waste your money on this product.
