You can tell a lot about a company when there is a problem and how they handle it. Ken Brown Inc is one that stands behind what they sell. After having a severe vibration shortly after installing the 20 inch fan in my greenhouse they worked with me and then replaced the unit completely. Highly recommend them for their response.

Came without any bolts or a way to mount it. That was Okay though.The fan runs very well! I will keep you posted when summer comes. We wanted it to help cool our roof.The fan runs quietly, we were concerned about how it would affect our sleep since it was over our bedroom.

Very good fan for exhausting my garage. Didn't really come with installation instructions. Longer cord would have saved me from putting in an additional outlet (but depending on where you install it it may not be an issue for you).The most annoying issue was the blue plastic protective film on the shutters. It took me longer to remove that than it did to install it!! Good idea to remove it before you are up on the ladder.

Fan was as advertised and the delivery was prompt.

It sucks the smoke outta my garage right now. I weld so this is great for winter. I did have to build a indoor cover to keep the outside slats from allowing heat out though

Using to ventilate kitchen. Brackets not welded to the shield. Took out of the box and the fan assembly fell off.

Haven't put it up yet,but is packaged well no damage thru shipping.Looks like a nice fan.

The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the shutters don't open up all the way. I need to open them fully by hand. Then they don't fully close so I need to manually do that. The fan itself is awesome.
