Great product sharpens well easy to use.just pull back towards you. I find. It better know matter if you start in #3 or #2 slot however many times you pull it through the next One up you pull it through double the amount. If you pull 5 times in #3 then pull 10 times #2 and so on

Item arrived and is as advertised but larger than I thought my first one is smaller but you can take the blade off and clean it easily compared to this one were you'll clean the whole sharpener my brother ask me about a sharper every other month so I decided to get one for him so he can stop asking me for this item i never had one before so I brought two one for him & one 4 me but from two different models from two different companies.

It is okay for knives if you are very careful. It is easier to get the wrong angle than the correct one when pulling the knife through the sharpener as there is nothing to guide the blade. In the end the five knives I sharpened are sharp but a little bit less so than when I had them sharpened professionally. This sharpener is not very good at sharpening scissors and I suggest you don't try it for that with scissors you care about.
