I had surgery May 22nd. Started taking these about 2 weeks before surgery and they do work. I bruised up really good and I can tell you in less than a week all my bruises were gone. They are also great for when in pain. They can be taken 3 times a day. The more you take the better it will make you feel.

I have been using arnica for a couple of years. It is great when getting fillers because it helps with bruising. I like the tablets that are put under the tongue.
