The computer is in good condition. I’m not used to an Apple computer so I am learning how to use it. But it is so much faster and lighter than my HP.

This MacBook was given to my daughter for a Christmas present. The first day it worked great. Today which is the next day, she tried to connect a UBS and it shuts off. And when she is in the middle of typing it shuts off

Works and runs great only issue is that the software was outdated. Had to clear the hard drive then manually install all needed updates via the apple website.

I bought this computer one year ago for school. About 3 months ago the screen started to turn colors and now the battery is dead and will not charge. I had lost all my school final papers. Terrible.

The condition of the laptop was fine, except for a corner ding on the edge of the screen lid, no other scratches or dents. The laptop did not come factory reset so I had to perform a clean installation of Mac OS. The refurbisher did wipe the computer but made the username and password 1234... How stupid is that. To be honest, next time I think I would pay $300 more for a factory new one but it's nice to see that MacBooks hold their value.
