Easy use and maintenance though too heavy to move around

This is a commercial machine- got it home and the machine is 44 pounds. There is a "no return"
There is a "no return" unless there is an obvious mechanical issue and the customer is responsible for shipping. I need to find a restaurant willing to take it off my hands. Also "NO" instructions at all--I am assuming that they believe anyone buying this machine already has experience with similar machines.
