Quality Construction, Effective
Using this board has helped me through more than one running injury. It is adaptable for different exercises, just as advertised. Quality wood and velcro-type materials. Its built to last.

Great for stretching your ankle
Broke my ankle and used this during my physical therapy sessions so I decided to buy one to have at home and be able to practice my home exercises. The best decision. This has really helped stretch out my ankle and regain mobility in my foot. Easy to use and easy to store. I use this daily sometimes more if the stiffness will not let up.

Well made - just be sure your ailment is minor enough to be fixed with this type of therapy
I'd imagine this works pretty well if you have an issue that can be resolved with it. I tried it for a while and saw no improvement, but when I went to see the doctor, it turns out it is because my tendons were very damaged and required surgery. That being said, it is very well made - the velcro is VERY effective. It matches the design of a much more expensive name brand. That brand cost like 5 times what this one did - I see no possible way it is 5x more effective. So definitely worth trying this.I don't feel like the instructions were as clear about exercises as it could be, but I just went online and searched for exercises and lots of videos and websites came up.So, if you have weaker ankles, a new case of tendonitis, etc., definitely try this. If you have long term tendonosis, this probably isn't going to help much.

Who knew!
Recommended by my DPT. We are working on strengthening my weak foot after foot fusion surgery! I can really feel the difference in strength & balance after only a few weeks.

Probably not that difficult, directions just difficult to follow
Nice board.First..... I consider my self to be a smart enough person. But, I'm really struggling to feel like I'm really working any muscles when I do what I think is instructed in the directions. But I'm going to keep trying. It seems like a good enough tool.Second.... its definitely well made. Nice smooth surfaces and thick enough boards. I believe if I attached a 20 lb weight to the velcro bar that attaches to the boards and held it up, I don't think the bar would loosen from either board. The velcro used to atta h the bars to the board is ridiculously strong. Too strong for me.Detaching the velcro bars from the board is almost impossible for me. I'm rethinking whether or not to keep this because even if I don't need to change the bars out often, it is close to impossible for me to change the bars out and painful. I don't know if it's worth it. I don't have real strong hands but I should be able to at least remove the bars from the foot pad without using a lot of strength.I'm giving it a three-star rating just because there's a double negative here. I'm betting others can do it well, but, I think I need instructions from a person.

Ankles stronger
Was on the fence about this but bought it anyways. Have to say my ankles have gotten strong along with incorporating lower body exercises

Great value over more expensive versions
I was recommended a similar product for my ankle rehab, it was $80+ and I wasn't comfortable spending that amount on what looked like a few small wedges of silicone. After some searching on Amazon I found this solution which looked as if it did the same if not more than the expensive version. My physical therapist was pleasently surprised when I showed up with it and after putting it through its paces she gave it a 10/10! I've been using it for several months, continuing to do balance and stabiltity exercises, I love how customizable it is, great value.
