It smells really good. Since I just pour it in my coffee machine, and let the machine does its thing, so I don't know whether it's really working.

I have the Ninja Coffee Bar and I try to descale it regularly. I’ve done the vinegar water mix a few times before, but I’ve NEVER had the results shown in the picture after using this product! Look at all the calcium deposits it got it! Honestly kind of weirded me out, it’s like small rocks coming out of your coffee maker. But I now know it does its job very well! As some reviewers mentioned it does have a faint unpleasant smell but you don’t notice unless you’re pouring it. Definitely recommend this descaler, can’t wait to taste my coffee tomorrow morning.

I used exactly like I supposed too but my Kerrig machine still keep flashing. I do not see any difference for my coffee's machine. So still not sure what to think about it
