Great Fit, Thick Gel Layer
The Lycra fabric is super smooth and stretchy. It was easy to put on and fit my head nicely. The stretch would allow it to fit a wide range of head sizes. Once on, it's snug in a good way to stay in placeThe gel is on the front half of the cap. It's nice and thick to hold the cold temperature in. Even without placing it in the freezer, it felt nice and cool to the touch. When I first took the cap out of the packaging, it had a moderate chemical smell. After several hours it had mostly dissipated leaving only a faint smell. It's recommended to keep the cap in a zipped bag while freezing. As a nice touch, a zippered plastic bag printed with instructions was included in the package. The stitching is nice and this cap looks like it will be durable. While I plan to use this gel cap cold, it can also be heated. As a side note, this SEIWEHIDO Migraine Relief Cap is Made in China.

Feels so good!
For headaches, sinus pain, face puffiness, or just tired eyes, these masks are wonderful! You get a set of two masks and they can be used hot or cold. You'll receive a full gel face mask and a gel eye mask. Put them in the refrigerator or freezer and let them get cold. Take one out and place the soft plush fabric against your skin and adjust the elastic and Velcro straps to fit your head. Then lie back, relax and let this mask work its magic. If you stand or walk around wearing the masks, they tend to slip down the face due to the weight of the mask. So, it's better to just lie back for a few minutes, relax and let it work. If you like the ice face rollers, these are a nice alternative.I love the face mask to relieve puffiness in my face. Plus, if you've had a day of staring at a computer all day, either of these masks feel great, either hot or cold. Personally, I prefer it warmed in the microwave to soothe tired eyes. I use it cold from the freezer or refrigerator to combat puffiness, sinus pain or headaches.Although these masks are reversible, if you put it in the freezer, I'd use the push fabric against the skin. Otherwise the cold is just too intense. If you store in the refrigerator, you can use either the plush fabric against the skin for cold therapy or reverse it and put the gel beads sides against the face for even colder therapy. When the mask loses its cold, switch it out with the one that's still in the fridge or freezer. If cold therapy isn't your thing, you can also heat these masks in the microwave for up to 20 seconds for the smaller mask and up to 30 seconds for the full face mask. I've used either one of the heated masks when my eyes are tired after a day of computer work and they both feel soothing and wonderful!

Great face packs!
I had to toss my old face masks due to them getting damaged and drying up, so I was quite excited to get these new ones. These masks are wonderful for a variety of needs, and they are effective and comfortable.I like using the full face one when I'm having an allergy attack, or to cool my skin when overheated. The eye mask is good for relief for styes, eye strain, and headaches.I find that the fill level of gel beads in these masks is optimal for both coverage and conforming to facial contours. One of my last masks was underfilled, the other one overfilled, and neither of them sat right on me. These masks are a great fit on my face, and the velcro tabs stay in place while wearing them. The wide elastic bands are comfortable around my head, and hold their position quite well.I also like the double sides to these- the plastic is my prefered one for a cold mask, and the fuzzy side is better for warm treatments. To clean these I use a damp cloth and wipe down, and for stains on the fabric side I get a little bit of soapy water and rub in with a cloth, then follow with a cloth dampened with plain water. These masks are just what I've been wanting, and I'm very pleased with them!Ice Face Mask Reusable and Cold Gel Eye Mask for Puffiness /Dark Circles/Eye Bags /Dry Eyes/Headaches/Migraines/Stress Relief,Ice Pack for Eyes & Face (Blue)

Better In Theory
I like these ice masks, I do, but there is one drawback to them. They don't conform well when frozen. Other than that one little caveat, they are pretty useful for a lot of things, not just the face! I recently used them for my housemate's ankle issues, when he needed the ice pack under the ankle rather than on top. They're great for tired eyes as well, especially first thing in the morning.

Good for hot and cold therapy, nice dual-sided design
This set comes with two gel masks, one for the eyes and one for the whole face, that can be used for both hot and cold therapy. They have a nice dual-sided design; I like to use the gel side for cold and the plush side for hot. The full face mask doesn’t really fit my face well and is too big for my face, so I’ve primarily been using the eye mask. It has an adjustable strap, which I really like; even though I have a smaller head, I’ll still wear it pretty loose because I don’t like a lot of pressure on my eyes. I’ve used it both hot and cold and prefer the hot therapy. These masks are really easy to use and they would make a great addition to a self-care themed gift!
