Tastes pretty darn good for fibrous cereal but watch out on ya' long run
This tastes bland and cinnamon-y, but pleasant in it's own way. Very natural and healthy tasting, but don't expect "delicious". I recommend mixing into yogurt or soaking in some almond milk. I like how crunchy it is dry too. But here is the problem with "Simply Fiber"- it's more or less simply fiber. That's simply a recipe for a Code Brown next time you find yourself running through your 'hood or playing your sport of choice. It's one thing if you're a relatively sedentary adult trying to just up your fiber intake. But if you are active and already eat your fair share of fruits, veggies, and whole grains, this is very likely to be too much for you. Really I am just trying to protect you from what could be anything from embarrassing to potentially traumatizing depending on where you are when nature calls. Consider yourself warned. Like I said, taste is alright and nutrition is pretty excellent. I've learned from my experiences and actively avoid cereals like this that are high fiber (along with Kashi Go Lean) because simply fiber turned to simply disaster for me.

Pellet food from 1920s insane asylums
This reminds me of pellet food you'd feed an animal. I can handle healthy-earthy-crunchy foods but this is on a different level. I had to pour a good amount honey over it to make it a bit more palatable. The texture of it is interesting, it's not super crunchy but it's not super soft. I bought this brand for only two reasons, 1- fiber, 2-limited and wholesome ingredients. The jury is still out on how well the fiber works. I appreciate the limited ingredients, however I'll be going back to Fiber One.I imagine this is what people in insane asylums back in the 1920s were force fed. You've been warned.

Fiber, but ...
I am a fan of the Protein Plus cereal Benefit Nutrition makes, so I decided to add Simply Fiber to alternate and create a bit better balance.Today was the first day and here are my impressions:1- Unpacking: This is like a bag of chips. The boxes are already smaller than regular cereal boxes. To top is off, half the inner bag was ... air. Keep that in mind when you make your value estimates.2- Taste and texture: seriously this is a gritty almost cardboard taste [yes I have chewed on cardboard]. The after taste is still with me. I had to add honey to is to try to make it palatable or I would not have been able to finish the 3/4 cup serving size.Bottom line: thumbs down. I need to figure out what to do with the six boxes that are in my pantry right now.

Simply the Best Fiber cereal, period
I've tried just about every "fiber" cereal on the market, and this is the only one that is all natural and offers a ton of fiber. All of the "commercial" brands of fiber cereal are loaded with artificial ingredients. Read the label on this one, there are only a couple ingredients and they are easily identifiable. The flavor of this product is excellent. They also make it without the cinnamon, but the cinnamon definitely "makes" this product, and also may help control your blood sugar.I usually eat this with another cereal mixed in, but it is quite edible on its own. I just don't need 25 grams of fiber first thing in the morning. You could also use this cereal as a fiber supplement and eat a small amount periodically through the day.

Simply Good
I had been using Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal, but I realized recently that the amount of sugar in it is bad for me. I tried a version of Fiber One with less sugar not even looking to see that it had an artificial sweetener, it was awful. So I looked around on Amazon and Simply Fiber seemed the best choice for a healthy high fiber sugar free breakfast cereal. I expected this cereal to be bland so for my taste I add ground nuts and more Cinnamon. This cereal works for me - I feel better after eating this than I did after eating Fiber One. I'm glad I decided to try Simply Fiber and I would recommend it.

Tastes ok but not great. Also
Tastes ok but not great. Also, the bugs inside as about half full and only good for about 3-4 breakfast meals. The box size deceives you into thinking you are getting a lot of cereal until you open it and look at the bag inside.

It tastes the way I imagine sawdust to taste
With apologies to those who love and adore this cereal, I can't give it more than one star. Sure it has a lot of benefits, but there are many cereals with those same benefits, and they have a taste and texture that appeal to my mouth. With milk on it, the cereal becomes a grainy mush fairly quickly, and the texture is so grainy and tasteless that the only comparison I can make to it is that, in my mouth, it tastes and feels the way I imagine sawdust to taste. The promise of "crunchy" and "cinnamon" aren't bogus, just grossly overstated. I do NOT recommend this cereal at all.

Daily Fiber requirement
Very gritty, but will give you the daily fiber requirement. I add stevia or sugar to sweeten it.
