Quality Kickstand, But...
I am using this on a bike frame with a tapered chain stay. That is, it becomes more slender, tapering down, as it nears the rear axle. This kickstand does not accommodate this taper very well (it will eventually slide rearward and become looser in the process). The nylon/resin pads included, meant to protect the finish on the frame, either don't help this situation or possibly make it worse. My solution was to wrap the chain stay with rubber material (like wrapping a drop handlebar). It doesn't take much; the contact are of the kickstand is only about 2" long. I used an 8" long piece of rubber rim strip, overlapped by about half, and dressed with electrical tape on both sides. It looks like a very short section of wrapped handlebar. I then fixed this kickstand. As it's tightened, it digs into the layers of rubber and really grabs the bike frame. There is NO movement in the kickstand mounted like this. The plus side is it's stable without risk of over-torquing the three machine screws and stripping them or crushing the chain stay.Otherwise, the kickstand appears to be a quality-made item. It doesn't jiggle or rattle around, and the adjustment feature is nice. The sliding adjustment design and materials are exactly the same as the Giant accessory kickstand for my Roam, so I suspect it's made by the same manufacturer. I would buy it again (this kickstand), and I recommend the use of a rubber wrap before mounting. It will protect the frame's finish as well as ensure a solid attachment.

Finally a great kickstand!!
Well done! I previously bought a kickstand for my Diamondback Overdrive 27.5" that was not compatible. I am glad to say that this one really is. It installs in under 5 minutes and is made of decent quality. I would not say that it is a real heavy duty piece, but more than sufficient for this bike. I have not experienced the overtightening of the bolts as some users complained, perhaps the company corrected this. Remember, it will only fit an oval or rectangular chain stay frame, so don't leave negative feedback for this if you have a round one. This one is built for the oval or rectangular frame.I have attached a picture so that you can see the end result. I honestly don't know why the manufacturers do not see the need to include a kickstand in the first place. It's not like these bikes are inexpensive....

Inspires Confidence (if you have oval chainstays)!
Just installed this. I’ve gotta say; this thing inspires confidence. It mounts on my Fuji Reveal 2.0 like it was made for it. This is made for oval shaped chainstays. It really should say this with more emphasis in the description. I can’t imagine mounting this to a chainstay with a circular or square profile. The adjustability is really quick and easy. The foot is nice and broad, allowing you to use it on all but the mushiest ground. I tested it on dirt, grass, my sloped driveway, and of course, flat ground- nice and sturdy. I can’t imagine this loosening up like most single bolt, bottom bracket mounting kickstands. it’s been a long time since I’ve had a kickstand, so it weirdly excites me to not have to lean my bike precariously against trees/poles/fences etc. anymore (it’s the little things😄). Unfortunately, if I could, I’d take a half star off for the material the manufacturer chose to use for the bottom (adjustable) part. It seems like if there were a part that was going to break, it’s going to be this part- but for the price- if I get a year or two out of this, I’ll be happy. It’s not like it’s going to leave me stranded if it breaks or wears down a little. Time will tell!

Clamp not stable ... Read before you buy
Read before you buy. I made it work and this is how I did it.Depending on your bike, the oval shape clamp may be too big for the area you're trying to clamp. This was the case with me. As such, there was insufficient clamping force to keep bike in place. The kick stand keeps rotating free and bike falls down.I had to add a piece of high friction slip free 3M tape that I had left over from taping the edge of my wooden stairs so that we don't slip off. That tape gave addition clamping force to make it stable. See picture.WATCH the video with this product closely. Even in the video, the kickstand is loose on bike. I only noticed it after watching the video a few time trying to figure out if I had mounted it wrong.I hope this helps you.If you're the seller, this is your fix.

The Kickstand For The Bike That Can't Use Kickstands
I recently bought a bike and one of the primary components I like on my bike are kickstands. OK, I like brakes and wheels too, plus a nice seat... but a kickstand is high on my list of must-haves for a bike. But the bike I bought didn't have the usual available spot to install a standard kickstand and the shop owner said you can't install a kickstand on these bikes. HA, I bet he only said that because of a lack of forward thinking and not having any BV Bike Kickstands in stock. So I went online, found these rear-mounting kickstands, reading over all the instructions very carefully and after looking at measurements and sizing and what not, landed on this product.it works wonderfully, is quite adjustable and so far, seems tough enough.I am not unhappy at all with it and yes, it does the trick just fine. Oh, and it was stupidly easy to install!!! Just make sure to place it far enough back to get out of the way of your foot on a pedal as it goes spinning by.UPDATE 7-3-19: There is one small quirk I'm having and that is, no matter how tight I think I have it, it seems to continually come loose and then the weight of the bike pushes out the angle of the kickstand. I'm always pushing it back with my foot and intermittently tightening the three bolts, but it's something to watch for. Still a great little stand if you can keep ahead of the loosening nuts... the ALLEN BOLT nuts.I totally recommend this one if you don't have a center-mount kickstand already.
