I used to get a sinus infection twice a year. Started using a Nettie Pot and haven't had a sinus infection in years. Challenge is the packets at grocery stores can be expensive. Started using these and they are a great product at a great price. The packet is actually twice the other packets so you can use half and they last twice as long. I've re-ordered and will keep doing so.

These are perfect for a 500 milliliter nasal lavage volume. Very good salt, never hurts my nose, I have this on subscribe and save because I will always use this product.

Amazing product! These work great and there was so many for the money, Does not burn and I am not having any allergy problems this season. Very easy to open little packet, comes with a little bag to put them in. I am so happy with these and will continue to purchase more as needed.

The box is very nice, kind of fancy, and the packets come very organized, there are very clear instructions on how to use, and the amount of product in each packet is bigger than the other brands that I bought before, so I can add more water and rinse my nostrils better. I'm happy with my purchase.

Absolutely the best salt packets that I’ve found. They contain more product than most brands so it makes a good strength solution that’s perfect for me. The packaging is just perfect and they are the easiest to open and dispense. Very good quality product and packaging for a great price! I will definitely be buying these again!

This set is definately great value. They are double size sachets so you can use half or a bit more which I do . I have found these work straight away. I really suffer with the worst painful sinuses, so bad that the pressure in my face every morning and eyes gives me awful headaches ,they make my eyes puffy which really gets me down so when my dad said about my symptoms and what to do I tried different bottles with different sachets . I use two bottles and when I used these sachets I noticed they work straight away . They open easy but you have to guess the measurement so if the water is too hot and you have used alot of a sachet it can have the opposite affect a end up burning and an uncomfortable day! They tear open easy and the taste is what you would expect if it does get down your throat. Im glad I found these then Im not having to spend loads of money keep buying other sachets. These will keep me going alot longer

I was going to leave negative feedback for this product due to the uncomfortableness of it, as others have stated, but I then checked the picture and it does state the bottle sizes. I use these with the Neil med original bottle, not the bigger size, and I noticed another review stated this is double the amount. I used .5 of the sachet in the small bottle and what do you know, it does not sting. Good product at a much cheaper price and technically you get double to amount, so even cheaper.
