This is such a great Machine. It saved us a lot of time

The product came dirty (and I ordered brand new). The machine didn't seem used as was very clean and looked new, but the hose was filthy all-over. It could have been packaged better as everything was uncovered in the box, although there was some foam padding. I would have washed it before using it anyway, but it was startling. Now, outside of the initial impression, the setup was fairly easy and took about10 minutes, which included reading the manual. I then tested it with water. The filler works as advertised, there were no identifiable issues and I can't wait to use it to fill some product bottles!

Had to return DOA, scale did not work on arrival constantly reset during manual operation also. If scale worked and didn't reset constantly during manual operation this thing would be AWESOME. It would be great if Amazon would replace this, first time I have not been able too replace items I am shipping back getting refund and repurchasing. Really wanted/needed this to work use it for honey; previously purchases the parastalic pump for syrup bottling it worked great decided to try the geared machine for honey and the pump part works fantastic for honey makes bottling easy and super fast.

Doesn't give info of capacity or capability of what it can do. Wasn’t strong enough to do job. Won’t recommend it

Overall, this works perfectly for what we need for our small business. That being said we were sent a used machine that still had residue on it from previous use. It also had permanent marker writing on it from where whoever used it previously marked how tall their containers were on the metal bar that holds the spigot. Wow overall I am happy with the machine. I am incredibly displeased paying full price for an obvious second hand unit. I would’ve been happy to purchase a secondhand unit at a discount, but painful price there is an expectation that this will come clean and not previously used. A buyer beware.

I found it hard to open and close the cover where you feed in the tube. It works great otherwise and was very helpful. Worked wonderfully for a light viscosity gel (a little thicker than water). Very easy to clean as well, I like the fact that everything that touches liquid is made of plastic. I did not experience leaks and it was very easy to use. I would recommend this and repurchase.

Instructions are not great on this pump! Took me a long time to understand that the long piece of tubing runs through the pump and connects at each end. Instructions do not say this. Output is good and pretty accurate. I am using it to fill various nut oils, essential oils, hydrosol and witch hazel. Will be using this machine with pleasure!
