I got this to charge my Pixel 7 pro at night and be able to see the time. It works great. Bear in mind that wireless charging is slow and inefficient in general, but it's useful for overnight charging or putting on your desk while you work. If you need a faster charge all you have to do is pull the USB cable out, move it 2 inches, and shove it in your phone. Simple! Appart from that the green light is not too bright to be next to your bed and I have a thick, wallet type case on my phone and it charges no probs.

So firstly, if you have a Pixel 8 pro - this works fine. A lot of the other available devices are not clearly or explicitly compatible. I started off by timing how quickly this device charged my new phone and it seemed fairly glacially slow. However, having used this for a few days this is really not the point. If you leave this on your desk or by your bed, you will simply find that your phone is at 100% when you pick it up. It just gets on with it in the background. Instead of slowly discharging, it slowly charges! Phone stays cool, so probably good for the battery. At this price point, buying a few of these seems like a better idea than buying the rather pricey Pixel branded option. For desk/office use the stable resting angle is fine for video calls or watching media.

So easy to use. Looks great. Better than plugging in to a USB. Value for money.

It's ok but takes a long time to charge up.

I don't expect a charging cradle to be fast charging so have no issues with this. It holds my pixel 7 perfectly and charges at an effective rate both vertically and horizontality. Very pleased with this purchase.
