Outstanding
It efficiently collects all the dust on the floors due to its powerful suction. Anti collision and anti falling sensors are really good. It has a longer battery life. The app also shows the battery remaining. It automatically returns to the charging station when battery level goes below 15% or pressing home button. Thanks Laresar and Amazon.

Easy to use and does automatic charging, cleaning and mopping.

No quality check, used item, missing parts
Poor quality checking, poor amazon customer experience, talked to 5 agents, each one put me on hold for upto 11 minutes, I received the package: no charger, no moping pad, scratches on the unit, may be used or returned item?asked customer service to refund or replace, they read the scripts, and keep saying I should wait for 4 days for investigation. My money us blocked, I can't use the item, pathetic customer service

Wrong navigation, fast discharge
The robot struggled a lot to map our house as it wandered a lot in the places it has already vacuumed before going to different parts of the house.The battery discharged super fast, within exactly 80 minutes, it came down to 14% from 100% while it is very slow in recharging itself, taking 6 to 6.5 hours from 15% to 100%.So I have initiated return.
