I love these adjustable mirrors, you can place them anywhere with their suction cup application, very pleased

After using these for several days... I really don't like them very much. To be fair, they are inexpensive and the function. Also - they attach via suction cup, so the can be removed without leaving behind any sort of gummy residue.However - the way they are designed, they have a large black bezel . You rotate the bezel to apply the suction to the cup. This makes the mirror over 0.5" inches tall. Since they are placed on a mirror, they appear to be in excess of 1" tall - they look terrible. If you opt to place them on the side of the mirror closest to the car, you wind up looking nearly straight into the mirror, so the sizable black bezel is less noticeable - but it still looks ridiculous. Also - I'm a bit concerned how the suction cup will behave in the event of extreme weather changes - is there any danger of these falling of any winding up on the side of the highway?But - they're cheap and they work. If that's sufficient for you, this would be a viable option.

I have issues with my neck and it's hard to turn my head sometimes. I have to be careful of the driver's side blind spot and have been looking for a mirror. I saw this one and liked that it didn't have adhesive (since they can leave marks on your mirror if you need to move them.The size and view are good, but I was worried because the suction plate didn't seem that strong. I cleaned the area on the mirror and made sure the suction plate was clean and attached it. I tightened the band as much as it would go and the mirror seemed stuck fairly well.... for the first 2 days.Then yesterday I was driving and it wasn't windy or raining, but the mirror fell off on the highway. Now I'm worried the one on my wife's car will fall off soon as well.I really wanted it to work, but now I'm thinking I'll have to use one with an adhesive back - unless I use a dab of silicone to hold the other one on.
