I'm on a weight loss journey, hoping to eventually lose a total of 139lbs. I lost an initial 17lbs and then stalled, so decided to try a weight loss supplement and because of good reviews from other buyers I chose this product. I have previously used phentermine with success and was hoping for a similar product. Thermogenic Burn has worked well for me so far, allowing me to push past the stall and I've now lost a total of 36 lbs (30 lbs difference pictured) in two months. It works to suppress appetite and increase energy, though I think it suppresses appetite more than anything else. Negative thing would only be that I do need to take it with my meals because it causes nausea if I don't. But I don't mind that because if you don't consume enough calories daily your body goes into starvation mode slowing down weight loss and usually making it easier to put the weight back on. So it forces me to eat at least two meals daily but completely diminishes any desire to snack in between. I would reccomend this product and have already.

I have had the product for 5 days and I have noticed the difference in my cravings right away. It literally took less than a day for me to realize that I did not even think about opening my desk drawer for snacks. (Just a brief history about me: I snack 4 to 5 times a day on top of 3 meals. I eat small portions of main meals, hence I am able to stay within a healthy weight range, but the weight is slowly creeping now in my late 30s since the frequency of snacking has not changed. I am also a binge eater, and this occurs about once a month.)On top of suppressing my hunger and bad habit of constant snacking, I noticed a surge of energy during the evening time. I am more productive at home and able to do more chores even after a 9-hour work day and 2 small children.Currently, it's 12:30 PM EST. I have had 2 chunks of watermelon for breakfast and a small bowl of crab soup with 3 saltine crackers for lunch. I have yet to grab a snack in between, which normally I would have had 2 snacks at this time of the day. This has been the effect of Thermo Burn over the course of 5 days.I plan on continuing taking the product for as long as I am seeing and feeling these results.

I work out in some way everyday and I just couldn't stop my appetite from overtaking me throughout the day. I would love to lose about 15 or so pounds, but I couldn't because those pounds wouldn't budge. I got these pills and I noticed their effect the first day and every day since then which has been about 2 weeks. I wake up and take one pill with a big glass of water and get ready for the day and after about 30mins I know I need to eat something so I tend to get something small and then the rest of the day I don't really think about food. I was constantly eating too much at times, eating out of boredom, thinking of my next meal and this pill has changed that. I have to remind myself that I haven't ate for hours and it's just not a priority or thought when taking these pills. I only take one a day and I find that does the trick, but I definitely can tell when the pill wears off because I begin to notice my hunger, but by that time it's around dinner so I can control myself better and not be worried about snacking. Overall when I do eat I'm eating less so it's definitely a win all around for me. I've tried pills that say their an appetite suppressant and they literally just make you pee repeatedly for hours after taking it and that's not the case with these pills. I take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning so yes you go a few more times than usual, but nothing excessive, so this isn't just a water pill. Also I have used these for over 2 weeks and I have not felt my heart racing or jumpy by any means. I don't have any problems sleeping. The only thing that has changed since taking these pills are that I am eating less and not feeling hungry. I would recommend these to anyone and will continue to buy these.

This only curbs your appetite for a couple of days. Beware because they offer a free bottle to people who give them positive reviews so those reviews can't be trusted

This product did not suppress my appetite in the least. I also find suspect the fact that they offer to send you a free bottle, for a positive review. Sorry, not going to say a product works just to get more of something - that doesn't work. I would not recommend this product.

I've tried plenty of diet pills, and this one is definitely worth it. Other pills made me a lot of promises and charged twice this rate, without any actual results. With these, the promised are being fulfilled: more energy, less hunger, less weight. No excessive expenses.I will say, you can't expect just to take these and lose weight. The pills SUPPORT weight loss, meaning you need to put in your own effort in exercise and diet. These pills just make it a lot easier and a lot faster.

So im charing my experience because based on the previous reviews I have read this seems unique to me. First, this does work as far as the appetite suppression, however, I do get jittery and I only take one pill a day I find that it also gets me a little nauseous for the first couple of hours of me taking it. But through the day I don't think about food and it has improved my late night snacking. I just feel like its a little strong for me but im hoping as I keep taking it my body just builds a tolerance.

I want to start off with saying I didn't buy this product for extreme weight loss (In my opinion there isn't a pill out there that will magically make you drop 30 pounds) I bought it for the appetite suppressant. I love this product, I am definitely a snacker and I love treats. Working in an office makes it super hard to avoid temptations especially where I work. There is constantly Donuts everywhere, Chips, Soda, you name it and my work has it. So I decided to give these a try.. and I'm so happy I did. The first day of using it I noticed a little change in my appetite but still had a snack but after 3 days of using this product my appetite and desire for treats/food is non-existent. I will be buying again. I've never had a suppressant work so well.
