Pillow- Cervical

Comfy and has helped sleeping. Good quality.

This is my first orthopedic pillow and I can say I am quite satisfied with it. It's exactly what i needed for my neck and back pain issues. Been using it for over a week now and my neck and back feel more relaxed and comfortable.

First few nights I woke up feeling a new stiffness in my upper back but this was just my body getting used to actually sleeping in a good position. I use the higher end and it offers great support and you can feel your neck is in a good alignment. I usually wake up in the same position I went to sleep in so no tossing and turning. Pillow is firm enough to hold position but soft enough for comfort. It's not great for side sleeping to be honest, but since it's so comfortable on my back now I have no need to side sleep, has massively helped with my neck and back pain (upper/mid thoracic issues)

The basic shape is the right sort of shape for a side sleeper, however it isn't high enough to properly support, so I have had to find a very shallow pillow from the back of the airer to boost the height a bit. Meanwhile the memory foam is perhaps a tad soft. Has it improved my sleep comfort? Marginal at best.

I only slept for a night, and my review is based on that... It is hard to explain, but I feel like my posture is straight now(?), and my neck is not hurting. So, I love it! I am very impressed.

I hasnt really stopped any back, neck or shoulder pains but it hasn;t exacerbated them and it is comfortable to sleep on. I prefer it to the other pillows but it isnt a magic fix... and my sleep is still average.

It is the best pillow to support the neck. The firmness is just right. Can now sleep comfortably.

Very hard and uncomfortable. It is not like as in the description. I have missed the return window now can’t even return. It’s useless.
